Had a 2 day course (TMI & practical) with trainer Jason.K. He is full of energy and is very enthusiastic. He conducted the classes really well, and he ensures that everyone understood the content by explaining in a way his students could relate. He is also very funny with the jokes and hand gestures, which (personally I think) grabs the attention of his students. Please give him a raise!!!!

My partner and I did our full TMI course with Jason at upskills. The whole process was seamless and enjoyable. The facilities were all clean, tidy and practical. The course content and delivery was A1 and also fun along the way. I have been in touch with Upskills for a couple of months dealing with Michelle by phone she has a great phone manner, and with the number of calls she receives each it was nice of her to remember who I am. She explained the system clearly Michelle was great. Hi if your eva wanting to be trained for traffic control or tmi then fran from upskills is the best trainer I have eva had and I would back her any time and I'm so thankful as she tells it like it is and straight forward but cares and takes the time to teach by what eva way helps u like if it's theory she will teach in that way but if it's prac then she will train like that so you have the best start in your new career. Hands down I would suggest fran if anybody eva needed retraining or wanted to get into this career. Love your work fran. And thanks again. Upkills all the way !!!!!!!!

Very approachable and also open to different opinions, he was also very helpful to others having any type of difficulties through the 3 days I was there doing my TC, TMI and working in proximity modules. Came in to do my renewal TC ticket. Jason was the trainer who was pumped full of knowledge ready to depart onto us! Was great to Learn of any changes to the industry as well as familiarise and get back to the basics! Jason and Upskills were amazing with the process and completing this ticket! Straight forward, direct and very approachable people! It was a little hike as I’m from south side of the city but worth the travel!

Doing TC/TMI traning with FRAN . What a breath of fresh air this teacher is . Fran brings comfort to this learning experience which allows clear understanding of learning material . Need to get tickets, these guys are awesome for renewals, and upskilling in general, scotty and Jase answer any and all questions I had during the courses, and remember when you doing something like this there's no such thing as stupid questions, and don't be afraid to speak up, they will help in any way they can! Definitely worth it, and will be using Upskills QLD when I need renewal again.
